Back in December, Mario Alvarez recorded the destruction from unprecedented deadly flooding in Valencia, Spain. “These drawings were not easy to make, but I think we should document what happens. In the newspapers there are pages with happy news and sad news. Our sketchbooks are similar,” Alvarez says.
