Mission Pegase

“In this book, the artist Lapin, official air and space painter of the French Air Force, highlights the famous “Pégase” mission, the wings of French diplomacy in the Indo-Pacific. Lapin lived in immersion with the aviators, at the heart of the deployment of the Rafale, A330 MRTT Phénix and A400M Atlas triptych, from the mainland to the Darwin air base in Australia, after stopovers in the United Arab Emirates and Singapore. Following the success of this projection around the world, the Air and Space Force participated in the “Pitch Black” exercise, a high-intensity air combat exercise that brought together 20 nations and no fewer than 140 aircraft. A work that takes us to the antipodes, closer than ever to the Air Force.”
